ROME, Ga. — More endorsements are rolling in for blue-collar businessman Brian Stover in the fight for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District. On Friday, Mayor Sherman Ross of Rockmart and Paulding County Commissioner Sandy Kaecher announced their endorsements of Stover’s campaign to become the district’s next congressman.

In a statement, Mayor Ross highlights his honest, hardworking nature and his ability to bring commonsense leadership to Washington as a needed plus for Northwest Georgia’s next congressman.

“I have known Brian Stover for many years through service in our respective Rotary Clubs. We began our public service about the same time. I am supporting Brian Stover because he is an honest, hardworking, and caring self-made man who will bring common sense to Congress and represent the 14th Congressional District with a quiet calm and dignity. Please join me in electing Brian Stover to be our representative for the 14th Congressional District on March 10th.”

Similarly, Paulding County Commissioner Sandy Kaecher notes Stover’s service-minded spirit and his desire to give back to the community in which he was born and raised.

“I’ve known Brian Stover for 15 years and spent five years serving side by side on the Paulding County Board of Commissioners,” Kaecher wrote. “A lifelong resident of Paulding County and Northwest Georgia, he knows the 14th district. Brian Stover is a conservative businessman who understands firsthand what it takes to create jobs, balance a budget, meet payroll, and keep a business running in a challenging economy. Brian’s a team player who will work with President Trump to ensure the conservative values in the district are upheld. I’ve seen Brian put his community above all else, time and time again, and his service in Congress will make Georgia and America stronger. That’s why I’m proud to endorse Brian Stover’s campaign to become the 14th District’s next congressman.”

In response to the support his campaign received from Mayor Ross and Commissioner Kaecher, Brian Stover released the following statement:

“I want to thank Mayor Sherman Ross and Commissioner Sandy Kaecher for their years of friendship and support as I run for Congress. Georgians want a patriot who will lower costs, keep drugs off our streets, and keep boys out of our daughters’ locker rooms. I’m going to work with President Trump to support his agenda and bring results back to the district.”
